A few years ago, Jill became a member of the exclusive Diamond Club at Halstead Property consisting of brokers who have closed deals in excess of $10,000,000. Jill received Two Awards at Halstead's June 2007 meeting - 3rd Place for the “Highest Number of Sales Deals Closed” for the 1st Half of 2007 and 1st Place out of over 600 agents for the “HIGHEST GROSS SALES AWARD” for the 1st Half of 2007! This was another dream come true for Jill as this was a goal of hers since she began at Halstead in 1999. Then in July of 2008, Jill reached her goals again when she received 2nd Place for the “Highest Number of Sales Deals Closed” and was also awarded 1st Place out of over 600 agents at Halstead for the “HIGHEST GROSS SALES AWARD” for the 1st Half of 2008! What really excites Jill is the work she does with Companion Pet Rescues (www.cprdogs.com), where each week over 30 puppies are rescued from Tennessee kill shelters, and brought to Willow Creek for adoption - usually all gone within days! Since CPR came to the farm about 4 years ago, over 1500 dogs have been saved into loving homes! An amazing statistic and one she is proud to be part of. Also, known for her charitable entertaining, each year in Manhattan and at the Farm, Jill holds a "toys for tots" holiday party, where she collects hundreds of wonderful toy for the needy children in CT, and each year it just gets better! While she works 99% of the time, Jill took some time off this year, to travel to The British Virgin Islands in order to get her Sailing Certificate with Moorings, one of many life-long dreams - She is now an official Sailor and looking forward to her next trip!
